MAST® Tryptone Soy-Agar (DM225D) — dehydrated culture medium.
- MAST® Tryptone Soy Agar is a general purpose medium that can be used for the culture of many non-fastidious organisms and gives good growth of fastidious organisms when enriched with sterile defibrinated blood supplement. The medium, once prepared, demonstrates typical haemolytic activity when culturing appropriate organisms.
- Supplied as dehydrated powder, 500 g, for preparation in the laboratory according to the instructions for use.
