  • The name of the company you represent
  • Your job title or role in the company

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide AstraMed with most of the data we collect. We collect and process your data when you:

  • Place an order for any of our products or services.
  • Use the contact form on our website or email us.
  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
  • Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.
  • Sign a contract or enter into a legal agreement with us.

Occasionally, your contact information may be forwarded to us by one of our partners whose products we distribute, after you have been in contact with them.

We may also collect your data indirectly from a publicly accessible source (e.g., your company’s website).

How will we use your data?

AstraMed collects your data so that we can:

  • Process your order, manage your account, or respond to your inquiries.
  • Email you with special offers on other products and services we think align with your job role and can help your organization’s goals.
  • Provide an after-sales service to you.

How do we store your data?

AstraMed securely stores your data in a password-protected business management software accessible only to authorized AstraMed personnel.

We will keep your personal identification and job-related information for as long as you work in that role or until you haven’t been in contact with us for five years (whichever occurs first). Once we learn that one of these conditions has become true, we will delete your data by removing your contact information from our database.

In some instances, we may need to store your data longer than mentioned above for medical device traceability purposes, particularly if you are identified as an end user of a medical device we have supplied to you or your organization.
