MAST® Columbia-Agar-Base - DM115 — dehydrated culture medium.
- MAST® Columbia Agar is a general purpose medium that can be used for the isolation and cultivation of most non-fastidious organisms, and gives good growth of fastidious organisms when enriched with sterile defibrinated blood supplement. The medium, once prepared and enriched with defibrinated blood, demonstrates typical haemolytic activity when applicable organisms are cultured.
