Microgen® Path-Chek® Swab is a simple, rapid and economical chemical-based test for the detection of food residues on food manufacturing surfaces after the performance of routine cleaning and sanitizing procedures have been performed.
With its pre-moistured cotton swab, it ensures preserving the integrity of the sample, as well as the correct recovery in both dry and wet surfaces after its cleaning with detergents.
It complements the media tests for:
- Path-Chek® Listeria: PC080
- Path-Chek® Salmonella: PC020
- Path-Chek® Coliforms: PC010
